Morihiro Saito Sensei 13 jo Kata

Richard has sent the link below of the "13 Jo Kata", which we practiced at the last seminar. Richard & his team will visit the club again in the Spring 2015 - again the seminar will be Jo Kata and then JKA kata that uses Jo/Bo (Jitte etc ) - Many thanks to Richard.
